Our Crustless Bacon and Veg Quiche is one of our most popular egg based breakfasts, delivering high protein, lower carb macros along with nutritious vegetables. A great flavoursome and energising breakfast to start the day!

This is not your average Quiche, it is packed full of vegetables like butternut squash, broccoli with rich and aromatic flavours from the cheddar cheese and cottage cheese and lets not forget the delicious crispy bacon. All of this goodness delivered in a crustless quiche.

Butternut Squash is low in fat and high in dietary fibre making it an extremely heart healthy choice. It contains significant amounts of potassium, important for bone health as well as vitamin B6 which is essential for good immune and nervous system functioning.

Broccoli has a great reputation when it comes to its health benefits and there is a reason why! It has a wide variety of nutritional and medicinal benefits ranging from improve our digestive system, lower cholesterol and detoxify the body. Broccoli contains significant amounts of Vitamins C, K and A as well as well as dietary fibre, potassium and selenium.

Eggs are a great source of high quality protein and contains all your essential amino acids that can only be found through the diet. They are also rich in choline, an important nutrient that plays a role in many function in the body.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a Microwave(800w) for 2 minutes or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 2. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 15 minutes or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
