Our healthy take on a late-night classic... Smoky Black Bean Taco Fries! Cajun roasted sweet potato, fiery, plant based bean chilli, a sprinkle of red cheddar all tied together with our homemade taco sauce. This dish is the perfect meal when you're feeling something comforting without the guilt.

This dish is high in monounsaturated fats, which are important for maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Black beans have a fantastic texture and are packed with plant based protein and a good source of fibre, while the addition of kidney beans adds an extra protein and fibre boost.

This dish is also packed with vitamin C from nutrient-dense vegetables such as roasted sweet potato and plum tomatoes. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal function of the immune system, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
