The Berries including cranberries, blueberries and raspberries add a hit of sweetness and brightness to this oatmeal. They contain plenty of vitamins and phytochemicals which remove toxins from the body. The addition of grapes ensures a valuable source of polyphenols which help to fight against cellular damage.
