Our Oatmeal with Greek Style Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts is one of our most popular breakfasts but also can be used as a supper or indeed a pre/post workout meal. It's high in protein and with its distinct flavour and mixture of textures, this dish will leave you feeling satisfied as well as energised.

The creamy oatmeal is paired with protein rich Greek style yogurt, topped with fruit and nuts for added sweetness and an extra punch of nutrition.

The Berries including cranberries, blueberries and raspberries add a hit of sweetness and brightness to this oatmeal. They contain plenty of vitamins and phytochemicals which remove toxins from the body. The addition of grapes ensures a valuable source of polyphenols which help to fight against cellular damage.

This oatmeal has added in protein from the added whey protein to the oats and the Greek style yoghurt which contributes to the maintenance of healthy cells and stimulates muscle protein synthesis following resistance training. Perfect after a tough workout!

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Carefully remove fruit from dip pot. Pierce film once. Heat in a Microwave(900w) for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
