Omega 3 rich Salmon is baked with no added oil and just a hint of lemon juice to bring out the flavours. The salad contains little gems like pomegranate, sesame and pumpkin seeds, along with a substantial serving of veg from salad leaves, broccoli, butternut squash, red onion and beetroot joined by some quinoa.


Fish is a fantastic protein source and Salmon is rich in heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids. Wonderful for health for all ages and tastes great too!
