    My favourite salad of the bunch

    Don't let the "Lunch" category fool you. This is a perfectly filling dinner option as well! A generous portion of chicken and the combination of ingredients makes for a delicious salad.

    I still prefer the Cobb Salad as there is more onions but this one is great too! I do love the quinoa and beet root and the sweet crunch from the squash. I am really wishing a lot of these salads had beans and more broccoli instead of a chicken breast!
