We are huge fans of Mexican food here in Gourmet Fuel and this is a winner in our eyes! Tender and flavourful chicken breast, seasoned with a coriander and fajita spice mix, served with kidney beans, red and yellow peppers all on a bed of coriander and lime basmati rice and topped with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and drizzled taco sauce!

It's no secret that we have a thing for Mexican food here at Gourmet Fuel HQ. Our beef and chicken burrito bowls are some of our best-sellers, so now we've put a 'Taco twist' on our original Chicken Fajita Burrito Bowl and we know you'll love it as much as we do!

The red and yellow peppers included in this dish provide crunch and flavour, as well as being low in calories, and loaded with good nutrition. Both red and yellow peppers are excellent sources of vitamin A , potassium, folic acid, fibre and gram-for-gram, they contain even more vitamin C than oranges!

The chicken in this dish serves as a complete and high-biological value protein source, aiding in repair and maintenance of muscle and bone tissue, as well as helping with satiety levels.

The kidney beans included in this dish are also a great source of fibre-rich complex carbohydrates, and are also an excellent source of plant-based protein.
