Wrapping our delicious superfood falafel salad up in a wholemeal tortilla drizzled with our spicy Taco sauce, this on the go wrap delivers on taste and nutrition.

Falafel is traditionally a Middle Eastern deep fried snack made from a blend of chickpeas and spices, however we've put a healthy twist on these tasty bites by baking them instead of frying them. Our homemade falafel are made with a delicious blend of chickpeas, gram flour, carrots, sesame seeds, coriander, garlic and spices. Not only are they full of flavour, they have a beautiful nutty texture with a slightly crunchy exterior! If you've never tried falafel, then you're in for a real treat with this one!

These chickpea-based bites are rich in plant protein as well as being a great source of fibre, helping to maintain digestive health! Chickpeas are also an excellent source of calcium, magnesium and iron.

To the falafel, we've added salad leaves, and topped it all off with our best-selling Taco Sauce which adds a delicious creaminess, all wrapped up in a wheat-based tortilla!

This meat-free and dairy free meal is a great option for vegetarians or those looking to maintain a good protein intake while eating a bit less meat, or a few extra veggies!
