The Beef Barbacoa Burrito Bowl is by far one of our most popular dishes. A tasty take on a Mexican inspired dish made with fresh lean Irish Beef and kidney beans - perfect for those looking for something delicious after a long day.

The lean beef has been marinated so it has the perfect succulent texture and flavour and is served with white rice, kidney beans, onions and cheese for some added flavour.

The beef is high in protein containing essential amino acids required by the body as well as being high in iron, zinc and B vitamins. Beef is a great source of selenium, a mineral that most of us don't get enough of! Selenium plays a very important role in maintaining a healthy immune system as well as playing a key role in metabolism.

Kidney beans certainly pack a punch when it comes to their nutritional value. They help to lower levels of LDL or bad cholesterol in the body without effecting levels of HDL or good cholesterol in the body helping to maintain a healthy heart. They are low in fat and rich in complex carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and plant-based protein.
