More cheese than onion!
I picked this salad as the picture implied there’d be a fair few onions. I am sad to report, that there actually was not a lot of onions in this salad! There is actually more blue cheese than onions! The dressing was flavourful, lettuce very fresh and crispy, and the chicken tenders had a nice wee kick to them. I’ll certainly order this one again!
Our take on the Classic American Cobb Salad! Succulent pieces of Cajun chicken breast, crispy bacon, cherry tomatoes, hardboiled egg and red onion arranged on a bed of baby gem lettuce with a sprinkle of creamy blue cheese and our signature honey mustard dressing.
The main protein source comes from the high-quality lean chicken. Not only is chicken a great source of protein but it also provides many other essential vitamins and minerals. It contains minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron. It is a good source of B vitamins important for boosting the immune system and giving you glowing skin.
Yellow peppers in this dish provide crunch and flavour, as well as being low in calories, and loaded with good nutrition. Peppers are excellent sources of vitamin A, potassium, folic acid, fibre and gram-for-gram, they contain even more vitamin C than oranges!
