This dish uses an kombucha infused crispy tofu which is organic and non-GMO, scrambled in a mix of soy sauce, ginger and paprika, tossed together with chickpeas, tomatoes, spring onion, peppers and spinach. Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
