These flavoursome koftas are perfectly paired with a zingy cous cous accompaniment! Our cous cous contains a delicious medley of Mediterranean vegetables like roasted peppers, courgettes and aubergines - helping to provide a healthy dose of vitamins A, C and B vitamins and contributing to your 5-a-day!

Lamb is a high-quality protein source, containing all of the essential amino acids needed for the body's growth, maintenance and repair. This dish helps contribute to your recommended daily intake of selenium, zinc and phosphorus.

As always, we use only the best grass-fed Irish lamb. Grass-fed lamb contains valuable amounts of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), a health supportive fatty acid. Grass-fed lamb is an excellent source of vitamin B12 and a very good source of protein, selenium and niacin as well as zinc and phosphorus.
