    Delicious

Posted by Olga on 2nd Dec 2021

I tried the paella, and it is delicious. One of my favorites

All the flavours of the Med are in this dish. Packed full of fish - it won't disappoint if you're a seafood lover! Crayfish, haddock, mussels and salmon, cooked with our own fish stock and finished off with a sprinkling of Italian cheese, this dish satisfies and delivers on flavour.

The seafood in this dish also means it's a great source of heart-healthy Omega-3 oils, in particular EPA and DHA as well as a host of vitamins and minerals. An intake of about 1.1gms for women and 1.6gms for men per day of these omega 3 oils is adequate, and this dish puts you well on the way to reaching that daily target!

The omega 3 oils found in seafood have been shown to have numerous health benefits from helping maintain healthy joints, skin and eyesight to improving heart health and cognitive function! They have a positive effect on the health of your blood as they lower bad cholesterol and can prevent unnecessary arterial clotting thereby reducing the risk of stroke and heart attack.

This dish is also an excellent source of high-quality protein, so important for growth and repair of muscle tissues, transporting oxygen, hormones and immune function.
