All the flavours of the Med are in this dish. Packed full of fish - it won't disappoint if you're a seafood lover! Crayfish, haddock, mussels and salmon, cooked with our own fish stock and finished off with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese, this dish satsifies and delivers on flavour.

The seafood in this dish also means it's a great source of heart-healthy Omega-3 oils as well as a host of vitamins and minerals. Seafood has been shown to have numerous health benefits from helping maintain healthy joints, skin and eyesight to improving heart health!

Just as saturated and trans-fats can cause heart disease, there is a group of fatty acids that can actually prevent it. They are Omega 3, fatty acids, in particular EPA and DHA. They have a positive effect on the health of your blood as they lower bad cholesterol and can prevent unnecessary arterial clotting, (stroke and heart attack). There have also been studies to suggest that a diet rich in these polyunsaturated fats can improve learning abilities and cognitive function and relieve depression. Fatigue, itchy dry skin and brittle hair and nails can also benefit from these fatty acids. An intake of about 1.1gms for women and 1.6gms for men per day of these oils is adequate, and this dish puts you well on the way to reaching that weekly target!

This dish is also an excellent source of high-quality protein ensuring adequate intake in the diet, so important for growth and repair of muscle tissues, transporting oxygen, hormones and immune function.
