Our Chickpea and 4 Bean Salad is packed full of delicious, fibre rich, plant based protein sources! Borlotti, kidney, black and cannellini beans added to chickpeas all dressed with light red pepper, coriander and garlic. Enjoy on its own or as a side.


This plant protein pot is high in dietary fibre which is important for a number of different reasons. It helps to increase satiety and boost digestion while maintaining a healthy digestive tract. It helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels and keep blood sugar levels stable.

Ingredients

Garden Peas (15%), Sweetcorn (14%), Red Kidney Beans (13%), Pinto Beans (12%), Chickpeas (11%), Cannellini Beans (11%), Red Pepper (10%), Fresh Coriander (6%), Olive Oil (3%), Fresh Garlic (3%), Coriander Seeds (1%), Cumin (1%), Salt, Black Pepper

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 10 minutes or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
