This is not your average Quiche, it is packed full of vegetables like butternut squash and broccoli with rich and aromatic flavours from the cheddar cheese and cottage cheese and lets not forget the delicious crispy bacon. All of this goodness delivered in a crustless quiche.
Butternut Squash is low in fat and high in dietary fibre making it an extremely heart healthy choice. It contains significant amounts of potassium, important for bone health as well as vitamin B6 which is essential for good immune and nervous system functioning.
Broccoli has a great reputation when it comes to its health benefits and there is a reason why! It has a wide variety of nutritional benefits ranging from improving our digestive system to lowering cholesterol. Cooking Instructions

Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 15 - 20 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
