Thick, rich, creamy and downright delicious – this Sweet Potato Satay Curry is as nourishing as it is satisfying! Our homemade satay sauce is a perfect complement to the vegetable and rice mix.


Sweet potato is not only delicious but is a powerhouse of nutrition containing many important vitamins and minerals vital for supporting a healthy immune system. Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of Vitamin C and D that helps to support and maintain a healthy immune system.

Chickpeas naturally contain fibre, protein and heathy fats which have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular and digestive system. Spinach naturally contains high levels of vitamin A and K, two very important micronutrients that contribute to eye health, prevention of blood clotting and bone health.

The high levels of iron from the spinach, chickpeas and sweet potato combined will help make sure that you will be energised right up to dinner!

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 10-15 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
