Our fresh and aromatic homemade basil pesto really sets this dish apart! The succulent chicken is basted in the pesto coupled with aubergine and courgette and tangy sundried tomatoes on a bed of wholemeal penne. All topped with crunchy pine nuts and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

The Basil Chicken Penne Pesto provides a good energy source that's low GI. The wholemeal penne releases energy slower to keep you feeling fuller for longer. Wholemeal pasta is a great source of complex carbohydrates and provides plenty of fibre, important for a healthy digestive tract.
