    Number 1 choice every time

Posted by Lydia Coakley on 21st Dec 2019

This is my first choice every week, tastes delicious. Really tasty and I am always full afterwards.

A real winter warmer, our tender braised beef stew is served with a variety of root vegetables like parsnip, onion and carrots making this meal high in phytonutrients and essential vitamins and minerals. The rich and delicious jus is packed full of flavour from bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce and thyme. High on flavour and nutrition.

The Hearty Beef Stew manages to be comforting yet nutritious, loaded with many health benefits, great for those looking for a nourishing dinner option at the end of the day.

The lean 100% Irish been in this dish contributes to the excellent source of high-quality protein. Ensuring adequate protein intake in the diet is so important for the growth and repair of muscle tissues, transporting oxygen, hormones and immune function.

The health benefits of parsnips range from reducing cholesterol levels to help to maintain a healthy digestive tract. They are high in potassium which is an important electrolyte crucial for good heart health and function.

Carrots provide a vibrant and delicious crunch to this meal and they certainly pack a nutrition punch. Most of the nutrition benefits of carrots can be attributed to their beta-carotene and fibre content.
