Rich and creamy, this tasty Beef Stroganoff dish has a great depth of flavour. Loaded with intense flavours, this classic creamy dish will have your taste buds tingling. 100% Irish beef strips with mushrooms and onions simmered in a mustard infused, smokey sauce with a dollop of creme fraiche, what more could you want!

The beef in this dish contains a large amount of protein great for building and developing muscle as well as containing all 8 essential amino acids that can only be obtained through your diet. Beef is also a great source of Vitamin B12 an essential nutrient for good brain and nervous system function. It is also high in iron, selenium and zinc.

The mushrooms not only give this dish an amazing flavour but also contain a modest amount of fibre and over a dozen minerals and vitamins, including copper, potassium, magnesium, zinc and a number of B vitamins such as folate.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 3-4 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Remove sleeve and dip pot. Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Place tray on baking tray in centre of oven for 15-20 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
