A lean turkey meat version of a beef ragu in a rich tomato, garlic and rosemary flavoured sauce. Slow cooked for maximum flavour, this portion is perfect after a workout or a light bite on its own.

Turkey certainly packs a punch of protein and lean, low-fat, high-quality protein at that. Protein is important for muscle and bone growth. Turkey is a great source of selenium that is an essential mineral that many people don't get enough of. It helps to increase immunity and plays a key role in maintaining a healthy metabolism.

This dish is loaded with vitamin B12, which is essential for normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal red blood cell formation and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
